OPEN PRACTICE
FOR PASSCAR SUPER STOCKS, STREET STOCKS, FACTORY
STOCKS AND IMCA MODIFIEDS
SATURDAY MARCH
13, 2021 GUIDELINES
The following
Guidelines will be in affect during this “Open
Practice”;
· Do not come to this
practice if you are having symptoms of COVID-19 as
described by the CDC, such as a frequent cough,
fever, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain,
headache, sore throat, recent loss of tasted or
smell, congestion or runny nose, nausea or
vomiting, or diarrhea, of if they or someone they
had contact with has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
· EVERYONE is required
to wear face coverings throughout the facility in
all settings unless actively eating, drinking or
you are wearing a helmet in your designated pit
area. Entry will be denied to those who do not
wear face coverings and are not exempted per the
CDPH guidance.
· EVERYONE will
execute a COVID-19 RELEASE OF LIABILITY form prior
to entering the pit area and have their
temperature taken. Once both of items are met,
each individual will be given a separate wristband
proving they have passed the pre-screening
requirements.
· SOCIAL DISTANCING of
a minimum of SIX FEET is required at all times.
The only exception is for those that are from the
same household.
· The outer Pit Booth
will be used for temperature checks and Covid-19
Release of Liability Forms.
· The main Pit Booth
will be used for Minor Releases, Adult Releases
and Pit Passes.
· All pit passes are
$50.00.
· The Pit Booths open
at 3:00 pm and will close at 7:00 pm. No pit
passes will be sold after 7:00 pm. No one can
access the pit area until 3:00 pm. The pit’s will
open for parking at 3:00 pm.
· Driver’s meeting at
5:00 pm and wheel packing at 5:30 pm. The practice
will run to 10:00 pm.
· NO
SPECTATORS ARE ALLOWED IN THE GRANDSTANDS OR
OUTSIDE OF THE PIT AREA.
· Please place all
trash items in the trash cans provided or take it
with you.
· Additional
guidelines can be viewed in the COVID-19 Industry
Guidance: Sporting Events at Outdoor Stadiums and
Racetrack dated October 20, 2020 along with the
Outdoor and Indoor Youth and Recreational Adult
Sports effective February 26, 2021 issued by the
California Department of Public Health. |
