(Perris, CA, November 14, 2013) After review, Perris Auto Speedway officials have reversed the initial decision to disqualify Riverside driver Johnny Malcolm in last Saturday’s LoanMart Street Stock Turkey Bowl and have given back his fourth place finish. The decision to disqualify Malcolm came after one of his crew members became involved in a scuffle after the race that resulted in a PASSCAR official being knocked to the ground.

“After a long investigation, the 07x has been given its fourth place position back in the finish of the 2013 Turkey Bowl,” Perris Auto Speedway promoter Don Kazarian said in a statement released on Wednesday afternoon. “Under rule 3 of the general rules of the PASSCAR rule book, Dino Napier has been suspended from the Perris Auto Speedway for the 2014 racing season for his actions that led to a track official being knocked to the ground. The official is fine but his (Napier’s) actions have also led to the 07x team being placed on probation for the 2014 racing season.”

The adjusted finishing order is:
1. Linny White – Colton, CA
2. Andy Boekman – Sac City, IA
3. Sean Estes – Riverside, CA
