PERRIS AUTO SPEEDWAY OFFERS MORE DISCOUNTS
 FOR STOCK CAR FANS!
(JUNE 2, 2009, PERRIS, CA) This Saturday night, June 6th, Perris Auto Speedway will be offering more discounts for early arriving fans for PASSCAR Stock Car shows. For the first hour (5:00 – 6:00 PM) the spectator gates are open, all fans will be eligible for two for the price of one tickets. This new offer is in addition to the first hour two for the price of one food item (also from 5:00 to 6:00 PM) policy instituted at the start of the 2009 season. This Saturday’s program will be a massive seven division show featuring the PASSCAR Super Stocks, Street Stocks, Modifieds, Pick-A-Part Factory Stocks, Sport Compacts, NMRA Three-Quarter Midgets and the CDCRA Dwarf Cars. Saturday’s first race will be at 5:30.

“We are doing this to help our loyal PASSCAR fans out during these tough economic times,” Perris Auto Speedway promoter Don Kazarian said. “If two adult fans buy their tickets at the same time in the first hour they will get in for just $8.00. The economy is hard on everybody right now and everybody needs a little help.” 

In addition to the two adults getting in for just $8.00 in the first hour, seniors who take advantage of the two for one ticket price will get in for just $6.00. Parents or accompanying adults who bring two kids aged 6-12 will only pay $2.50 to get the kids into the races.

“We instituted the two for the price of one food items policy for the first hour at the start of the season and fans love it,” Kazarian said. “Many have thanked us for it. It helps them out. We know this weak economy has kept some fans away including some who have been regulars at The PAS since the day we opened in 1996. In addition to helping out our regular PASSCAR fans, we hope this new policy will bring in new fans and bring back some familiar faces of our long time friends in the grandstands.” 

Saturday diverse show will feature racing on both the famous PAS half-mile clay oval and the smaller quarter mile as well. The Super Stocks, Modifieds and Street Stocks will all be on the half-mile. The Factory Stocks, Sport Compacts, Three-Quarter Midgets and Dwarf Cars will all be on the quarter-mile.

“We will be featuring something for everyone this week,” Kazarian said on Monday. “With seven divisions on hand, we hope to have over 100 races cars in action.” 

Saturday’s program will include heats and fender bendin’ main events for all of the classes.

Another reminder, between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, all fans can purchase two for the price of one food items at the concession stands. This offer does not include beverages or value menu items.

Perris Auto Speedway is on the Lake Perris Fairgrounds (home of the Southern California Fair), approximately one hour east of Los Angeles and one hour North of San Diego. To get to the track, take the 215 freeway, exit on the Ramona Expressway and go two miles east to the fairgrounds.
