(JULY 3, 2007, PERRIS,
CA) There is no drag racing on the
Street Legal Strip at The PAS this Friday, July 6th. Drag
racing will return on Friday, July 13th. The strip is
located in the main parking lot of world famous Perris Auto
Speedway on the Lake Perris Fairgrounds.
The event is open to all street legal cars,
motorcycles and trucks.
Competitors have to provide a valid driver’s
license and have a safety helmet to participate.
There will be no racing on
the Perris Auto Speedway half-mile oval this Saturday, July
7th. Dirt
track action will return to The PAS on July 14th
when the track hosts the Art’s Concrete Pumping Extreme
Late Models, MC Builders Super Stocks, Street Stocks and the
Pick-A-Part Cruisers.

Perris Auto Speedway is
located on the Lake Perris Fairgrounds (home of the Southern
California Fair), approximately one hour east of Los Angeles
and one hour North of San Diego. To get to the track,
take the 215 freeway, exit at the Ramona Expressway and go
two miles east to the fairgrounds.
