Perris Auto Speedway promoter Don Kazarian
has announced the Modified “Battle for the Bank”
$1,000.00 to win race on Saturday night, October 20th.
The Modfieds will be joining the World of Outlaw
Sprint Cars on the doubleheader program.
The Modified field will be
limited to 40 cars. Twenty
spots will be reserved for the top 20 in PASSCAR Modified
points as of August 1st as long as long as they
have filed an entry. The
other spots will be open to all drivers and will be filled
after October 1st by the order those entries are
received. Drivers
can file an entry at any time.
Drivers from all sanctioning bodies are welcome and
they do not have to join PASSCAR to race in the “Battle
for the Bank.” All
drivers who do get entered into the event will receive two
lower assigned seats ($88.00 value).
“This will give the
Modifieds a chance to race in front of a big crowd,”
Kazarian said. “The
World of Outlaws have not been to this area in three or four
years and ticket sales are going very well.
Both divisions will put on a great show.”
